In Spain, after the massacres of March 11, 2004, the Spanish National Centre of Intelligence (CNI) uses gangstalking regularly. For this purpose it uses thousands of citizens of all social and professional classes, who had a role or a status as a squealer or informer, either because they have been manipulated or because they have received threats. Often, when the CNI wants a person to be part of this network of informers and to collaborate with this institution, it fabricates the appropriate situation, so that this person, consciously or unconsciously, commits a minor offence. Then, this person will simply have to choose between a collaboration with the CNI or a lawful trial or the prison. In the huge majority of cases there is a threat more or less hidden behind the incorporation of a person into this network of informers. It will never come to these new informers’ minds that, on several occasions, they will be obliged to harm innocent people, who have been incorporated into a mafioso network from which they will never be able to escape. These persons will be obliged to constantly endure the control of all their own private activities and of those of their families. It is the price they will have to pay, in order not to be subjected to retaliation.
I can assert that currently the Spanish society is completely infiltrated by this network of informers. They have created a situation of self-watched society, like the Iron Curtain countries. Some of these informers are former prisoners, or people who had problems with justice or who have been incarcerated. They are ready to sell their own mother, to lie and to wrong anyone, including friends and relatives, in order to remain free from any retaliation.
I can certify that the National Centre of Intelligence (CNI) makes thousands of Spaniards sink into the biggest moral misery. These people accept to fall into this misery, so as to be able to keep their work and their social status and so that their parents and themselves can be respected. It results from this that our secret services have become the main destabilization agent of our democratic society. The sociological consequences of this system are unpredictable. People realise that they have imposed on themselves a corrupt system which they have to stick to. They have to sell their soul to the devil, if they want to have a guarantee of prosperity and protection.
Why do they use this network of intimidated and terrorised citizens? Among other things, to harass innocent victims illegally and therefore criminally with gangstalking techniques. You should not forget that from 2004 onwards we are living in a political and social situation which is still unsolved : the March 11, 2004 Putsch.
A huge repressive machinery had to be built up to hide this coup d’état or putsch. This repression has mainly been carried out by the development of this civil informers’ network which infiltrates all the institutions and the activities of our society. I am fundamentally referring to justice, to the media, to the various bodies of the police and to politics.
It is extremely easy for the CNI to sequestrate a politician or a senior civil servant of justice to tame him and to enslave him in order to make him join this army of individuals subjected to blackmail. For example, if the target is placed at a local politician’s office, everything will be done to make his personal secretary become an informer. If this secretary, at first sight, shows no defect nor weaknesses, the criminals will examine her children’s and family’s profiles. For example, a university son who is not very good in his studies and who smokes a joint from time to time. With the help of an informer of the university, they will do everything to make the young man commit a minor offence. For example, an offence related with the possession of drugs. They will fabricate any offence to be able to immediately meet the mother who is the secretary to the politician, and to make her also join the network as an informer. Once this is done, it will be very easy to approach the political personality and to prepare the adequate conditions, so as to find a way to compromise him and to force him to become an informer as well. From this moment on, these persons will become the “belongings” of the CNI. They are no longer free , they buy their security in exchange for their freedom. At any time they may be compelled to do any act of corruption, morally reprehensible or criminal, for example the slaughter of anyone in their own environment.
Several of the informers are not aware of anything, since they were not told about the criminal purposes of the actions the CNI has asked them to carry out. Everything is hidden behind an alleged investigation or behind an action meant for the sake of the State security in order to neutralise a person regarded as undesirable and who, according to the CNI allegations, might have committed serious crimes or indecent actions.
The CNI has currently become an enemy of the State. It has become an agent who destabilises the free and democratic society. The main problem we are facing is that the CNI cannot cleanse itself, by neutralising these delinquents who occupy top positions in the professional flowchart.
The sole purpose of this corrupt system is to maintain in power the putschists, on one hand, by neutralising with secret psychological torture techniques the people regarded as undesirable, and on the other hand, by enslaving the judicial system and the media.
