Please give this important e-mail to the Court Registry, hearing our matter today at 10:00 am. Re: File No. S117620 – Dismissed Illegally. My new sworn affidavit dated June 28 and July 27, 2011 (273 pages) is in the Registry Office, un-opended. Sitting with my previous affidavit Justice Schultes, knew was coming from my e-mails to him in. He refused to look at the compelling evidence of a crime, no one understands in Sept of 2009. Lawsuit dismissed without reviewing the evidence from the Hon. Judge James Beasley, first of it’s kind protection order, for Mr. James Walbert plaintiff in a legal action in the United States. The Hon. Judge James Beasley of Sedgwick County Kansas is a leader in showing the courts, torture is illegal. The Hon. Judge has set a benchmark for unusual crimes, using Micro Wave Weapons, Directed Energy Weapons, Mk-Ultra, V2-K and various Mind Control Technologies. The Hon. Judge James Beasley, has opened the doors to his courtroom to technology crimes and has helped the victims. Why didn’t Justice Schultes, have the sense to follow his Brother Judge in condemming torture? Is Sophisticated Technolgy so hard to understand? You can google,facebook, you tube, tomtom, i-tune, i-pod, i-phone and i-wonder? We are overwhelmed with technology no one understands. We all use it to send e-mails, pictures, music and attachments, travelling thousands of miles across the ocean’s as light energy in fiber optics, to reach a client or friend. Light energy turning back into information we understand. Why is one technolgy no one understands acceptable, but another technology torturing the victims is not? Oh yes, the mobile telephone and texting. Can anyone explain how 4.5 billion people use it, but don’t understand how it works?
