If we could present just one document with some assurance that persons reading it would be persuaded that there is an ECCS out there, operating in America and around the world, we would do that. However, we are not likely to have that magic document until the Washington Post or the Los Angeles Times runs a front page story confirming what we already know to be true. So, here you will find the fewest number of documents whose cumulative affect, we feel, is necessary to convince an intelligent and well-informed adult that the United States has been committing high crimes against humanity for many years, and will continue to do so until it is held accountable before the Court of World Opinion.

Each article, clipping or document is preceded by a short, introductory note explaining why we consider it important to the case we are making. It should be unnecessary to remind you that some of this material may still be under copyright. It is distributed without profit or payment, for research and educational purposes only, in accordance with Title 17, United States Code, Section 107.
