C’est la première fois que je lis une information suggérant que l’énergie douloureuse propulsée et ressentie ne serait pas produite par une arme à énergie dirigée actionnée en voisinage, mais correspondrait à une sorte d’illusion. de proximité.
Il existe des cas où manifestement les ondes qui impactent le corps sont manipulées à longue distance, si un train d’ondes est bloqué sur la cible repérable partout. Elles sont +tôt de nature acoustique, et relativement peu douloureuses à cause de la distance.
Cette pratique sert à déboussoler la cible en recherche de compréhension ou à couvrir un impétrant de proximité qui s’est mis en mauvaise posture.
Toutes les situations ne sont bien sûr pas identiques, mais il semble cependant que la meilleure couverture du système en place, soit justement les attaques de voisinage, extrêmemnt douloureuses, et qui donnent pendant longtemps l’impression de règlement de compte.

Yes! I became a TI the last quarter of 2005. I then was living in Scottsdale, AZ. I was in a legal battle with my ex spouse (now deceased) who refused to pay court ordered child support. My ex told his Atty. about my family. I come from a well established, generally considered wealthy, family. Obviously my family impressed his atty. His atty. believed my ex’s claim that is my family was wealthy then so was I. My ex claimed I hid funds. His Atty spoke to the Asst. Atty. General, Diane McGuire, from Family Court. They held an illegal , private meeting. Ms. McGuire ordered I be investigated for hiding income. The PI firm the Family Court used to secretly investigate claims was ‘International Countersurveillance Service’. Meantime, I learned of the illegal meeting & withdrew my case from the AZ. Family Court. I hired an Atty. and had her move my case to Superior Court. Once we were heard in Superior Court my ex was sent to jail for non payment of child support. Within about three hours of his release from jail I received a phone call from an unknown number. The caller ID showed: ICS as the calling phone. Shortly after that I heard my first contact from my kidnapper who stated “I AM IN YOUR HEAD”. My life immediately turned into hell!!

Yes I have been targetted and believe my daughter was murdered because i found something that I did not realise i had found until recently almost 14 months following her death. I had an IT specialist come and investigate for interception devices and he confirmed that something was also interfearing with his equipment. I have gone through 37 phones 3 lap tops and 2 notepads and 5 tanlets in 15 months

Im not sure what this means but I too thought someone was sending signals and one day as I was recording on my camcorder I recorded my ceiling lights vibrating with air waves like motions…anyone have a clue??!!

I believe I was targeted back in 1964 when I was at school in Fort Wainwright , Ak. I was nine years old . It was snowing and we had a substitute teacher . He had us go to the gym to play rather then outside in the minus temperatures. He paired me up with a very large boy to play wheel barrow. I don’t want to do it as I was tiny incompairisom. The teacher yelled at me and made me get down on the floor .Then had the large boy grab my feet. He began to run, I couldn’t keep up and the teacher popped me with a ruler on my behind. Go faster he said ! I couldn’t go faster and as the ruler hit ,my arms gave out and down I went. My front teeth were broke out and I swallowed them. I’ve never had that kid of pain for air hitting the nerve. I wasn’t taken to the military Dentist . He wants hostile and I wa so afraid As things continued he made the comment that he’d make me sorry if I didn’t stop crying. He put silver crowns on my teeth and they stayed for years . As I grew I went to work for a dental lab and a dentist did X-rays. He found that I had 2 small pins in my face around the nasal area but he said it had nothing to do with my teeth. I just remembered that that dentist had inflicted months and months of severe pain. I do believe that that dentist and teacher were in on this task of finding targets of different ages . With in two weeks that teache took a student hunting and a mishap of shooting the boy took place . It could be possible that I’m wrong and a news paper add was what I had thought at first but the pins In my face is what says the dentist . There is so much to this that the woman said that makes me think it was the news paper addl that caused my being targeted. For years that’s what I thought And I do think they are related . My husband dying and I thought that was one strange woman. Again , police are involved , Attorney’s on her side . And , it turned out that she was a court clerk and her boss the judge handled 34 cases for her. . As time went on and things got worse . My husband suddenly came sick, Some fast . Cancer but he had a strange scratch on his leg . From test to death and as 2 weeks . And the woman had asked if my husband died , would I be there for him. Her replay was “I doubt it” I was shocked at all she had said when I was there for a rental. It’s been the sickest type of invation of my life . I’m delusional is every ones response time the things that have happened . No one will listen or try to help Friends found that if they werensupportive, their life would be made very difficult and dangerous. As it turns out .Police ar the biggest culprit. I have a police. How’d across the road form my home and he has made my life the worst and it is believed that he may be brothers with my stalker . I’m totally alone now as no one wants to be friends as they have found out what happens if they do.

I’ve been a target of v2k and electronic harassment for 11 years now but I think I’ve been a target since birth. I am a single woman and a good person and have never been a n trouble with the law, I worked hard and had a group of friends and a good social life, all in all life was good. I was 33 when the started speaking to me v2k, and my life has been full of torture and abuse actually a living hell ever since. They have done lots of stuff to me and have murdered two of my gorgeous cats by way of a heart attack, I’m heartbroken they were like my children. I’ve commuted suicede twice and I’m on the verge of suicide attempt no.3. Im in pain all the time and they have put lots of weight on me and aged me using my pineal gland in the brain. I’ve been diagnosed schizophrenic and get anti psychotic drugs and have a nurse who visits me in my home.I’m at my wits end now all I know is I can’t go through this for the rest of my life, I’m 44.
