in local government meeting
This past Thursday, Ms. Connie Marshall, who has recently come to our group in the midst of a mayoral campaign for the city of Louisville, Kentucky, spoke at the Louisville City Council meeting on the topic of organized stalking and electromagnetic torture.
She was received well by the council according to the comments she overheard made by councilmembers after her speech.
She distributed the following announcement to all 26 members of the council after her talk:

On Friday, April 16, 2010,
the human rights organization, Freedom From Covert Harassment
and Surveillance in alliance with Ms. Connie Marshall, will convene a press conference at a location to be announced very shortly, to call attention to a new wave of criminal behavior called organized stalking and electronic torture.

The victims of these covert crimes suffer the effects of mind and body invasive technologies that have caused great physical, psychological, and emotional harm to many thousands of targeted individuals in this community and across the country.
The perpetrators of these crimes range from rogue elements of every level of government to corporations to private citizens.
Not since the late 70’s has a serious look been given to the increasing intrusion by the US intelligence agencies into the private lives of American citizens.
A congressional hearing and investigation into these covert activities is way overdue. A gathering of engineers, doctors, an attorney, authors, a psychologist, and activists, to name a few are expected to speak.
One of the speakers is a Missouri statehouse representative and one of the guest speakers appeared in an episode last season of Jesse Ventura’s “Conspiracy Theory” television series.
The importance and prominence of this assembly of individuals signals the rise of a major issue in this country whose time has come to be addressed.

I too am a victim of GangS talking, Gaslighting,and Electronic Harressment .I have been poisoned,along with my two animals lost one home to a fire ,they try to burn me out of two other homes shot my windshield out on the expressway,OMG there is so much more I have been run off the road, Ian Handicap,and can’t run ,the police try to intimidate me when I have to make a report a man down the street that’s doing things for the cop hacked into my moms phone and cable everyone gives a very hard time and when I call911the stalking gets worse a peep lives above my Mom he has done things to me and my mom, Ihave been locked up for things I did not do went to jail for a year,and prison for almost a year,my family thought I was crazy,I was hospitalized twice till the Doctor Phil show aired,a police officer came in on me twice and touched me sexually,Ian being stalked by neighbors ,drug dealers,I have had seen police officer do things,that should have never happened,red, white,and black cars follow me as soon as I walk out the door the cop that put his hand on me lives 6 doors down they harness my dying mom on the phone asking her if she is scared, harnessing mail about every day.we keep picking up cops location on Wi-Fi pictures,I confronted him he would not give me his badge #er,There is so much more we fear for our life’s I will never live alone again after what my family and myself have been threw, I too live in Louisville KY,and met Ms.Marshall on line they block our calls and redirect them. I trust very few people anymore,,I want to speak to the public council, Thanks so much,GodBless If you would like to contact me,please do they always hack into every phone ,even my government phone ,I keep praying and standing my ground, I won’t go down without a fight notime for bullies,
