BLACK OPS:SHADOWY BLACK OPS ON US SOIL

The U.S. government ‘s shadowy military hit squads are performing black operations on individuals and groups in the U.S., not only in Iraq, Afghanistan and other nations.  In the “war on terror,” Earth is a battleground and anyone can be added to the hit-list. The Stop Outsourcing Security Act would prohibit the U.S. government from using mercenaries to target individuals and groups overseas and on US soil.
