NC Targeted Individual finds slashed tire common tactic

 One of the most common tactics used against Targeted Individuals (TIs) globally is slashing their car tires. On October 25, 2010, resident of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Chris Brunson had his tire slashed, not the first time for the man alleging to be targeted.
